What you opt into when you check the SMS box on our forms.
Program description
SoCal Water Treatment uses SMS to send appointment confirmations, day-of-arrival windows, technician en-route notices, water-test result summaries, and warranty service reminders. We do not use SMS for marketing or promotions.
How to opt in
You opt in by checking the SMS consent box on our contact, free-water-test, or financing pre-qualification form. By checking the box you agree to receive text messages at the phone number you provided from SoCal Water Treatment.
Frequency
Frequency varies by service stage. Typical install timeline: 4–8 messages from booking through completion. Warranty reminders run 1–2 per year.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply depending on your wireless carrier and plan. We do not charge for the messages themselves.
Opt out
Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe. Reply HELP for support. You can also email sms@purestwatersolutions.com or call (310) 555-0199 to be removed from SMS contact.
Privacy
We do not sell, share, or rent SMS opt-in records or contact data to third parties. See our privacy policy for full details.
Supported carriers
Messaging is supported on AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, US Cellular, Boost, MetroPCS, Cricket, and most US prepaid carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
