These terms apply to your use of the SoCal Water Treatment website and the services we provide.

Scope of services

SoCal Water Treatment is operated by Southern California Water Treatment, California Contractor License C-55 #1085921. We install residential and small-commercial water filtration, softening, conditioning, and reverse-osmosis systems in the seven Southern California counties.

Quotes + estimates

All quotes are valid for 30 days from issue and assume standard residential plumbing access. Special access requirements (slab cuts, exterior trenching, etc.) are quoted separately at the time of survey.

Warranty

See our warranty page for full coverage terms. Our warranty supersedes any third-party manufacturer warranty for items installed under our service.

Cancellation + refunds

You may cancel a scheduled install up to 24 hours before the arrival window for a full refund of any deposit. The 90-day satisfaction guarantee runs from the install date.

Limitation of liability

Our liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the cost of the system installed. We carry general liability insurance and worker's compensation as required by California law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County.
